My mom always said "Eat your Veggies. They are good for you". So that's how I named the smoothie. For 1 serving.
5 strawberries
1 banana
1 stalk of celery
1 small cucumber
1 small piece of green pepper
1 large kale leaf
and some spinach
5 ice cubes and water.
I find it tastes better cold.
