Ok I had a checkup today at my school and my blood pressure was roughly 130/80. The person who did it told me I could take it again in a couple of days and if it were still high, I might have to see a doctor. Usually my blood pressure ranges from normal to this number. How can I lower it in a few days so I won’t have to go to a doctor? I’m overweight, don’t really exercise (except for sports), and I drink a lot of diet coke. I know to change my habits to fix this long term, but I really need to lower it by Monday so I won’t have to see a doctor. Thank you!
Debra- I am not obese. However, I was most likely anxious about the BP test. I get nervous easily lol… but my diet and exercise are not the best so that probably has something to do with it too
