I know the risk factors of high cholsterol, and that red meat, shrimp and eggs are included in high cholsterol. I also know that grilled-cheese sandwiches, margarine, potato with butter and chicken pot pies play a roll in high cholsterol as well as LDL (low-density lipoprotein), saturated fats, trans fats, lack of excerice, diabetes, and high blood pressure are included in high cholsterol. I need a list of all foods that are high in cholsterol, saturated fats, and trans fats.
