I’m glad that I read a Lavatube review before I bought the Volcano Lavatube electronic cigarette. I learned that if I buy a Lavatube electronic cigarette from any company other than Volcano, I risk purchasing a knock-off product that may not be supported by a good manufacturer’s warranty. If I’m going to spend $100 on an electronic cigarette, I want to know that the manufacturer is going to support it if I have a problem resulting from a workmanship defect. Since Volcano is the only American company officially selling the Lavatube, I know that they will stand behind their product if I have a problem.
