How to Relieve Anxiety

While searching for how to relieve anxiety methods, I came across a technique that works for me. Since fighting against anxiety seems to make it more powerful, you should simply accept it and acknowledge the hold it has on you. Interestingly this acceptance/acknowledgement combo causes anxiety to vanish. As a test you can attempt to develop your anxiety to a high level and keep it there. Chances are you will be unable to maintain a high anxiety level. This technique lets you face your fears which makes them vanish.
