Hi,
I have a naturally fast metabolism. After working really hard to gain weight over the summer, I went from being 102 pounds to 110. (I’m 5’6-5’7 tall), I maintained my weight at about 108-109 from September until November. *I didn’t look bad at 108-109–the weight distribution was good*. Then, once my school workload [and therefore stress] increased (I’m a junior) my appetite and eating went downhill. Now, after a month, my weight is dwindling at 105. I’m so angry–I worked so hard to gain weight, and now I’m pretty much back at square one. What can I do? I found that I lost weight from my arms, my thighs, and area around the ribs. Oddly enough, though, I naturally tend to put on a lot of weight around my belly.
Just wondering if anyone could create/ COPY AND PASTE a full week weight gain eating plan from a site? *I AM A VEGETARIAN; I EAT EGGS AND DAIRY, BUT I DO NOT EAT FISH OR ANY OTHER KIND OF MEAT*
Thank you very much! Any info or tips would be appreciated.
