I am a good dancer, but not as good as I would hope to be. I want to know a few things:
1) What would be a good diet (Not as in losing weight diet. An everyday meal planner type diet, if that makes sense) for a dancer?
2) How can I become more flexible?
3) When I’m not in class, I love to dance, but I suck at it unless it’s choreography, do you know of any youtube channels/videos that teach you contemporary/lyrical, jazz, ballet, or hip hop choreography?
