Energy is something every person has inside them, but also on the outside of them. It is believed that outside forces affect the energy field that surrounds your body which also affect your inner energy. In other words the environment affects your health and well-being. Stress is a result of outside influences that affect your chi (field of energy), or aura. You need to get your chi back in balance so that you can feel better. That is how healing with energy works.
