Your Questions About 1000 Calorie Meal Plan

Im 13 years old and my mom got a weight loss thing from my aunt wich she got from her friend to lose 12-18 pounds in 4 DAYS ! Yes 4 DAYS ! And just for a piece of paper to print cost $27 dollars so im actually letting everyone see this diet so they dont have to pay $27 and i am going to start it tommarrow!…. So this is what you need to do…………………


You MUST ONLY eat and drink what is specifed in this plan… NOTHING MORE and NOTHING LESS!


ALL breakfasts !—– Minimum 1 cup black coffee or tea (caffeinated), NO sugar, cream, milk, (you may drink extra coffee or tea during the day if you wish), NO sugar (no sugar substitutes) NO cream, NO milk,—- 1/2 yellow grape fruit (if not possible, pink/red will do)
Note: you can drink as MUCH coffee/tea as you wish.


DAY 1 – Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup green string beans (runner beans/french string) steamed or boiled , 1/2 cup squash(butter nut or zucchini) steamed or boiled, 1 cup tomato juice
Dinner: 1 hamburger patty 4-6oz baked or broiled (only ground beef, no additives), 1/2 cup green string beans (runner beans/ freanch string) steamed or boiled, 1 small apple


DAY 2- Lunch— 1/2 cup celery (uncooked), 1/2 cup green string beans (runner beans/ freanch string) steamed or boiled, 1/2 cup tomatoes (fresh raw tomatoes NOT juice), 1/2 cup cantaloupe (from watermelon family).


Dinner: baked chicken breast 6-8oz (no skin), 1/2 cup squash (butternut squash or zucchini) steamed or boiled, 1/2 cup tomatoes ( fresh raw tomatoes NOT juice)


DAY 3: Lunch—- 2 hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup green string beans (runner beans/french string) steamed or boiled , 1/2 cup squash(butter nut or zucchini) steamed or boiled, 1 cup tomato juice


Dinner: 1 steak (6-8oz, broiled or baked), 1 cup stew tomatoes ( poached/cooked), 1 small apple


DAY 4: Lunch— 1 cup celery (uncooked) , 1/2 cup squash (butternut squash or zucchini)- steamed or boiled, 1 small apple, 1 cup prune juice (unsweetened if possible)


Dinner: 1 hamburger patty- 4-6oz (only ground beef, no additives), 1/2 cup green string beans (runner beans/french string) steamed or boiled, 1/2 cup tomatoes (fresh raw tomatoes NOT juice), 2 cup prune juice (unsweetened if possible)


heres the website my aunts friend got the diet from 18in4.com …… And follow EVERY thing on the days and eat EVERYTHING that is assigned ! Nothing else ! GOOD LUCK :) and make sure you eat healthy and exercise or else you wont keep the weight off !!!!!!!!!
