Workout Smoothie

I drink this juice every morning before my workout.

½ the juice of a grapefruit

1 celery stalk

½ apple

¼ small pineapple

½ cup water

Blend!

I drink this for lunch when i don’t have time to sit down and eat a salad.

2 handfuls spinach

½ cucumber

1 lemon juice

½ cup water
