Skinny Greens

1 bunch organic kale

2 stalks of celery

1 bunch of spinach (with stems)

1/2 bunch of parsley with stems

1/2 green apple or 1 kiwi

1" ginger root

1 cucumber

*sometimes I add 1 or 2 carrots depending on how I feel.
