1 small beet w/ greens
1 apple (cored)
2 stalks of celery
1 cup or spinach
Handful of parsley
1 orange
1 cup romaine lettuce
1 kiwi
1/2 small ginger root
I made this one day, just to see what it would taste like and after I drank it- it tasted amazing and after about an hour.... I felt ALIVE!
